OVERVIEW

  This policy is based on our goal to provide our users with quality information and resources while maintaining personal privacy. Please forward any comments you may have regarding this policy to info@eqv.it.   By visiting the Site, registering with us or contacting, you signify that you understand and agree to the collection, use and transfer of your information (including your personal data) under the terms of this policy. If you do not accept, or do not wish to be bound by this policy, please do not use the Site.   "Personal data" is any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, such as your email address, name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, financial information, user names, any form of identification number or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.   For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), the data controller is EsseQuamVideri Srl, with principal place of business at Via San Martino della Battaglia 31B, Rome (RM), CAP 00185.  

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

  When you access our Site, we collect different types of information, described as "access information", "contact information" and "third party information", below. Some of the information we collect will be personal data relating to you, and we will be subject to certain obligations in respect of such personal data.  

ACCESS INFORMATION

  We may collect information about your computer, including where available your geographic location, IP address, operating system and browser type, device type, bandwidth, etc. for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. EMAIL POLICY

  EsseQuamVideri Srl may offer email newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive emails, follow the "unsubscribe" instructions located near the bottom of each newsletter. We will not share, sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission.  

CHILDREN UNDER 16
