SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED THE INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT WITH A QUESTION 5 TIMES HIGHER THAN THE OFFER

Defense Tech Holding S.p.A., parent company of a group of the main leaders in the cyber security, big data, intelligence, space and national defense sectors, announces that today Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ordered the admission to listing of Defense Tech Holding ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan (formerly AIM Italia) market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. following the successful closure of the reserved placement aimed exclusively at qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors with a demand that exceeded 5 times the total number of shares offered received from about 80 institutional investors.

As part of the project for admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, Defense Tech Holding is assisted by Equita, as Euronext Growth Advisor (Nomad) and Global Coordinator, by Pirola Corporate Finance as financial advisor and by Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei e Associati as legal advisor to the Issuer, by ADVANT Nctm as legal advisor to the Euronext Growth Advisor and Global Coordinator, by Foglia & Partners as tax advisor and by PWC as auditing company.
